Labour - They have chosen a picture where Boris Johnson is on the side and Macron has his back turned on him.

2) How does the Daily Mirror Pride of Britain Awards represent ordinary British people?

The Daily Mirror Pride of Britain Awards represent ordinary British people as celebrities and as great people. They also present them as amazing and strong people too.

3) How is climate change as an issue represented in the Daily Mirror? What evidence can you provide from the CSP pages to support this?

Climate change in the Daily Mirror is represented as something that is dangerous towards the working class and ordinary people. The front page of the CSP has a ordinary person running away from the fire.

4) How are environmental protesters like Greta Thunberg represented in the Daily Mirror? Look at the inside pages to answer this.

Greta Thunberg is represented as a champion and a great person as she is described as a 'masked crusade'.

5) Read the main articles on the inside pages. How are different countries, political leaders and Royals represented in the Daily Mirror? Does this reinforce or subvert the stereotypes we usually see in the media?

Political leaders are represented as powerful and strong for example they have Boris Johnson on the front page and first page which shows how much power he holds. However they also present him as clueless and confused as they use images where Boris Johnson has his hand on his hand and seems to be left out. This subverts the stereotypes what we usually see in the media as we would normally see Boris Johnson doing good things and being confident.
